  • Yes. I provide structured meal plans tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Whether your focus is fat loss, muscle building, or overall performance, your nutrition plan will support your training and be designed in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

  • Depending on your goals and comfort level, we may use macro tracking or follow a structured meal plan. I’ll guide you through the approach that makes the most sense for you.

  • Online and hybrid clients check in weekly to review progress, adjust training or nutrition, and stay accountable. In-person clients receive ongoing guidance during sessions, plus additional support as needed.

  • Results vary based on your starting point and consistency, but most clients build strength, feel more confident in the gym, and see noticeable body composition changes over time. My goal is sustainable progress, not quick fixes.

  • Real transformation takes consistency. I recommend committing to at least 12 weeks to build momentum, develop habits, and see meaningful results.
